Happy New Year to you. Let's start off with some good news
For those who can't make the meeting here is the update on the radio order.
The radio kits are being shipped in the next couple of days. There is also a discount for those who ordered the assembled radios. They apparently come with a case so there is no extra charge for the case which means you will pay less for the radio. This will be reflected in the exchange funds due on your order. There are 4 assembled orders that are receiving the price change. I have ordered an extra kit for spare parts in case some assembly damage happens.
The rest of the meeting is open forum where we can discuss the club next year's activities, suggestions and events such as antenna day and field day.
There has been some discussion about a few club visits and a dinner get together etc. We may also try a few events such as Parks On The Air and Lighthouses On The Air.
So I hope to see you this Tuesday for an informal get together and some discussions about this year's activities.
