The Scarborough Amateur Radio Club that brings you the Eclipse is inviting you to a Hybrid Zoom and in person meeting at the Don Montgomery Community Centre on Tuesday Apr 9th at 8:00 PM.
This meeting will feature a demo of the Joe Q Smith's brilliant Nano-VNA Solver64 software in conjunction with its uses for Amateur Radio applications.
I will have a demo setup at the meeting for those who would like to see the unit and software in operation.
As well we will discuss Antenna Day on Sunday afternoon April 28th which is being held at Grey Abbey park at the foot of Morningside Drive. Antenna Day is an opportunity to test out your experimental antenna designs or radio projects. Bring along your (tr)uSDX kits for a field shake down. Tin hats will be available as usual.
Plans for road trips and site visits will continue so we an get out to some interesting radio related visits.
Preliminary ideas for Field Day will also be discussed. According to Dave Blizzard VE3SVL the Bluffers Park Yacht Club site should be again available. He will confirm.
