I'm guessing 1988 based on what I see in the photographs (and who I see in them). Also, not everybody's name is indicated, so there are a few unknowns. TFMCS AGM/Picnic

Members of the Toronto FM Communications Society (TFMCS) are invited to attend the annual general meeting and picnic on Sunday, September 20 at the Skyloft Ski Resort, home of VE3RPT.

The AGM starts at 10 AM, and the picnic starts at noon.
