Spring is (almost) here, and it’s time for a new beginning. The Scarborough Amateur Radio Club returns to the Seniors’ Lounge at Don Montgomery Community Centre (2467 Eglinton Avenue East, near Kennedy subway) starting on March 12 at 7:00 PM.
