SARC meeting 2022-08-10

Hello SARC and Friends

I hope you have been enjoying the summer doing all kinds of outdoor
activities.

This meeting will have a video presentation on the understanding of
propagation as it pertains to our amateur radio lives.

The presenter Steve Nichols G0KYA goes over the basics of the tools and
measurements we use to study the solar activity and how that changes our
band conditions.

He explains terms such as SFI and MUF etc.

As well we will look at this year's upcoming QSO Today's Virtual Ham
Expo Sept 17 - 18.

As usual we will have our lively discussion period. So, please join the
meeting an bring along your thoughts and ideas.
