The city of Toronto has named a park near Dufferin and Wilson after Bob Leek VE3TFD, district chief of emergency planning for Toronto fire services, who died in the Sunrise Propane explosion in 2008. Bob was the Emergency Coordinator for Ontario ARES in Durham Region.
