Round table discussion:

Ralph VE3VXY would like to organize a group to participate in various radio contests including the RAC Canada Day contest. For more details see the notice in the forum.

Don VA3XFT suggested that the executive should set the direction for the club in the coming year.

Luc VA3LMS is developing a survey for all club members to fill in with the modes and frequencies they normally use. This information will help us set up new nets and activities tailored to the equipment we already have.

Discussion about efforts to build a station at current meeting location: need engineering diagrams etc. to satisfy city requirements. Ralph suggested we might be able to do this more easily at a Legion hall, though we would have to charge a small fee as a donation to the facility every time we meet there. To be discussed at executive meeting.

Stewart VA3PID suggested the club should do a membership drive – to be discussed at executive meeting.

Luc VA3LMS and Nick VE3EBC outlined some ideas for club projects.

Meeting adjourned at 8:55 PM.
