History
The Scarborough Amateur Radio Club was founded on April 23, 1946 at a meeting held in the basement of Colleck’s Pharmacy, on the north side of Kingston Road, just west of Midland Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario.

The club was incorporated under Ontario Laws as a not-for-profit Ontario Corporation on July 11, 1977.
Scarborough Amateur Radio Club Incorporated has met continuously since its founding in Scarborough, the second and fourth Monday evening of each month, except for July, August and statutory holidays. The meeting place now is: Mid-Scarborough Community Centre, Seniors Lounge, 2467 Eglinton Avenue East, Scarborough, Ontario starting at 7:00 p.m.
